Can You Legally Elope Outdoors in Hampshire?

You can absolutely create an outdoor elopement experience in Hampshire, but it is important to separate the legal ceremony from the symbolic elements of the day.

To become legally married, you will need to give notice in advance and arrange a ceremony at a register office or an approved licensed venue with the appropriate registrars present. A legal ceremony cannot take place until notice has been given.
